Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

This simple dressing is both sweet and tangy. It’s as easy as adding ingredients to a jar and shaking. This dressing is excellent with my Spinach, Strawberry, Orange, and Pecan Salad.

Juice of 1 orange

¼ c. olive oil

¼ c. balsamic vinegar

1 clove garlic, finely grated

1 T. maple syrup

2 T. Greek yogurt

Salt and pepper to taste

Add orange juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar garlic, and maple syrup to a pint sized Mason jar.* Shake all ingredients vigorously to combine into an emulsion. Add Greek yogurt and shake again. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate before serving. 

Use within seven days for best results. 

*While I prefer using a Mason jar to make this dressing, a blender bottle or salad shaker will also work.
