Meatballs

This meatball recipe includes equal parts ground beef and ground sausage mixed with some great spices to create a wonderful, flavorful meatball your carnivores will love.

1 lb ground beef

1 lb sausage

¼ t. black pepper

¼ t. smoked paprika

1 T. granulated onion

2 t. granulated garlic

1 t. ground mustard

2 eggs

1 T. dry red wine

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, ensuring a consistent texture. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Shape meatball mixture into 20 round meatballs of roughly equal size. Bake covered with foil in a 350 degree oven for 20-22 minutes. 

Makes 20 meatballs
